Shop FAQ

When will            be restocked?
As my products are sourced from different places, some are easier to restock than others. In general, buttons and apparel can be produced rather easily and quickly, whereas acrylic charms are not so much. Please reach out to me for information on specific items!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the US costs $5-$14, depending on the contents of the order, and the resulting size and weight of the package.
Shipping to Canada & Mexico starts at $14, and for everywhere else starts at $16.
All of my shipping is through USPS.
If the cost of shipping comes out to something that doesn't look right, feel free to reach out and I can verify if it is correct or if it's a calculation error, and then continue to work with you to find a solution.
Does shipping come with tracking?
Yes! All orders come with tracking. 
If you are looking to make a small order of stickers or a small print and would like to get cheaper snail mail shipping that doesn't come with tracking, send me a message!

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
NOTE: due to current circumstances related to the pandemic, I am trying to only ship orders Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday may not be shipped until the following Monday. All orders receive an email confirmation once it has shipped.

Under normal circumstances, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Within the US, shipping typically takes 3-5 days to reach its destination. For international orders, shipping can take up to 10 business days. Again, due to the pandemic, shipping may take longer than usual, so please be aware of this before placing your order. We thank you for your understanding!
I do not currently offer any expedited shipping options. If you're looking to get your order faster, contact me and we may be able to work something out.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! While I am unable to provide PayPal as a method of checkout on my store, if you would prefer to pay with PayPal, please contact me with your order and I can send you a PayPal invoice.
Can I return/exchange something I've purchased?
I do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If you receive your order and there is a problem such as missing or incorrect items, or your items arrive damaged, please reach out to me as soon as possible so that we can arrive at a solution.

In cases of damage, I will require photographic proof of the state of your items. If you are unable to provide proof of damage, there is nothing I can do.
Can I cancel/change my order?

​For changing an order:
  • if you would like to cancel any specific item(s) in your order, please contact me and I can have those items cancelled & refunded.
  • if you would like to change any items in your order in a way that the cost would come out the same (i.e. changing from one button to another button, changing a t-shirt size S to size M, etc.), then please message me and I will confirm the change and make note of it when I pack your order.
  • if you would like to change your order that would involve adding items to it, then the order will have to be cancelled and placed again.​
For cancelling an order:
  • if you contact me to cancel within 24 hours of when the order was placed, I will cancel & refund, no questions asked. If you are cancelling as there was an issue regarding anything on my end, however, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
  • after 24 hours, I will only cancel an order if you are wanting to change the contents of the order, and thus I will be expecting you to place another order after the first one is cancelled. If you try to cancel for this reason but then do not place a second order within 48 hours of the cancellation, then you will be blacklisted and all of your future orders will be cancelled.
  • if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
What if my order never came?
If your order has been marked as shipped, please check the tracking to see if it may still be in transit, and check your order confirmation email to make sure that the shipping address given was correct. Once it is out of my hands and into the hands of the post office, there is nothing I can do to find your package if it has been lost or stolen. Under certain circumstances, I may replace your order. Again, contact me so that we can work something out~
